Gilly Weinstein business coach brussels

Through my fierce yet supportive coaching, I help my clients tap into their natural strengths and make decisions that empower them—and ultimately their organisations. I challenge those I coach to stretch beyond their comfort zone and their limiting assumptions and to take bolder steps as they move forwards and upwards. I help them become more aware of their impact—intended and unintended—on those they want to influence, motivate, federate, and lead.

I challenge my clients to be deeply authentic, fearless and strategic. No cop-outs, no dancing around issues, no story-telling. I use my intuition, pragmatism and experience to help my clients tackle a range of developmental and career challenges, with equal parts rigor and care. I am known for my action-based coaching approach, my curiosity, persistence, irreverence, and insightful hunches.

Background

Born in New York, raised in France, Boston and Palo Alto, I have also lived and worked in Jerusalem, Paris and Brussels, where I've been based since 1994. My multicultural background has helped me develop an international coaching practice that attracts individuals straddling cultural divides, and organizations boasting diverse cultures and mindsets.

Prior to training as a coach I founded and ran a full service corporate communications consultancy for over a decade, serving multinationals in Europe and the US, with a focus on internal communications.

Beyond coaching: connecting and introducing people, interior design, home renovation, writing, pilates, outdoor bootcamp training, cooking, traveling, flea markets, staring at the ocean.
